To request removal or disabled access under the DMCA, include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL or information needed to locate the material, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
When we receive a substantially complete notice, we may remove, disable, or unpublish the identified material while the request is reviewed and recorded.
If you believe material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, your name, address, and phone number, and the required consent to federal court jurisdiction and service of process.
EasyWebtoon may suspend accounts, disable access to material, reject source mappings, or keep titles unpublished when appropriate to address repeated or credible infringement concerns.
